素蓮藕餅

星期六冇節目,

唯有整嘢食啦!

今日整咗個素蓮藕餅,

食落爽脆內軟,

味道唔錯架,

妳哋都試下啦!










材料: 蓮藕一節、甘筍1條、冬菇4隻、有機蒸煮滑豆腐1盒、

雞蛋1隻、蔥粒(可以唔落)

調味: 鹽1.5茶匙、糖1茶匙、粟粉3茶匙、胡椒粉少許、麻油少許

做法: 冬菇浸軟切粒;蓮藕和甘筍去皮刨絲,

用廚紙索乾水份後放入大碗中,

加入冬菇粒、豆腐(搓爛)、雞蛋、蔥粒和調味攪勻,

放入雪櫃雪1小時左右;落多少少油燒熱易潔鑊,

將蓮藕豆腐餅用手搓成圓形壓平,

用中火慢慢煎一面金黃色後,先反轉煎另一面至兩面金黃色便成。

(一定慢慢煎一面定咗型先,唔係蓮藕豆腐餅好易散架!)

~驚豆腐出水的話,可以加少少鹽入熱水內,放入豆腐浸一陣,

取出豆腐用廚紙抹乾水份,咁就唔易出水架啦!
