材料: 中筋粉200g、熱水大半碗(約150g)、鹽半茶匙 、
白芝麻和牛油溶液
做法: 將中筋粉、鹽和熱水用筷子拌勻,然後用手搓粉糰至光滑,
將粉糰放入搽咗少少油嘅盆中,用濕毛巾蓋著等30分鐘;
白芝麻炒香備用;取出搽少少粉係枱面,
將粉糰搓成條狀,平均分成5份;用木棍將粉糰盡量壓平,
跟著反轉粉皮,搽牛油係粉皮面,平均灑上炒香芝麻,
將粉皮上下對摺,再搽牛油和灑上芝麻後再對摺,
反轉長條型粉皮慢慢卷起成圓形,用木棍將粉糰壓成薄餅;
燒熱易潔鑊落油放入薄餅煎至兩面金色,
用手將薄餅兩邊擠壓至鬆散便成。

請問抓餅是否煎好一面才反轉.因我煎完也不能做到像你照片.但很好吃.先謝謝食譜
回覆刪除係架,要煎好一面先反轉煎另一面,用個鑊鏟和筷子幫手壓鬆兩邊,咁就似架啦!
