材料: 中筋粉200g、依士2g、糖15g、暖水100g、油5g
做法: 依士、糖和暖水混合攪勻靜待15分鐘;
將依士水慢慢加入麵粉內搓勻,搓成粉糰後加油再搓至粉糰光滑;
將粉糰放入盆中加保鮮紙發酵20分鐘,
取出排氣壓平後,將粉糰平均分成8份滾圓靜待5分鐘;
把麵糰壓平成圓形,包入菜肉醃料,
慢慢將麵糰邊摺疊一起封口,並扭出封口面多餘粉糰,
放入蒸籠內進行最後發酵15分鐘;
凍水落鑊連菜肉包蒸20分鐘便成。
菜肉餡材料: 豬肉碎、娃娃菜、冬菇
醃料: 豉油、老抽、糖和鹽、麻油和水
做法: 冬菇浸軟切粒;娃娃菜灼熟後撈起,
揸乾水份後切碎,加入豬肉碎和調味醃15分鐘便成。

有樣野想請教....我2 日前買左個竹蒸籠, 請問你第一次用之前要怎清潔(我意思是使唔使落洗潔精?..就咁清水沖下?....還是怎樣?)..另外蒸完東西後要怎清潔? 怎樣保存為佳? ^_^

豬媽咪,妳好呀!第一次用竹蒸籠,我會用洗潔精洗擦下,然後用熱水烚佢,吹乾後就可以用;每次用之前都洗洗佢咁就用得啦!我見有人會搽油係竹蒸籠內外,等佢耐用D,不過我冇咁做呀!
