每年我都係蒸一款糕~蘿蔔糕!
今次蒸咗兩底糕,
一底原味係母親大人嘅,
另一底係XO醬蘿蔔糕係我哋嘅!

材料: 3個蘿蔔(約5斤多少少)、粘米粉一包(600g)、臘腸4條、
臘肉1條、蝦米4兩、薑數片、冰糖1小粒和浸蝦米水1碗
調味: 鹽2.3茶匙、胡椒粉適量(按自己喜好落鹽調味)
做法: 蘿蔔去皮洗淨刨絲;臘腸、臘肉蒸熟切粒備用;蝦米浸軟;
唔使落油爆香臘味和蝦米後盛起;
唔使洗鑊加薑片炒蘿蔔絲滾起後加冰糖,
煮至蘿蔔變透明色,(如水多不用加蝦米水)
落臘味和蝦米攪勻,加鹽和胡椒粉調味熄火,
將1包粘米粉逐少分3-4次左右加入蘿蔔絲裡,
不斷攪拌至粉和蘿蔔絲混合為止,
隔水蒸1.5小時便成。(記得留番少少臘味舖係蘿蔔糕面)
(XO醬蘿蔔糕係蒸完先將XO醬放入面o架!)
臘肉1條、蝦米4兩、薑數片、冰糖1小粒和浸蝦米水1碗
